The Internal Project Management Assistant is an entry level position working under the Internal Project Manager on the development of project proposals, executing timelines and schedules, liaising with all suppliers, clients and our internal team securing the delivery of every project on time, within budget and scope.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Track and control various team work tasks, taking ownership for all the responsibilities and ensuring effective and efficient coordination of various events.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Facilitate and scheduling of conference calls and meetings.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Development and coordination of all post event reports.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Managing portfolios of work ranging from small to medium project roll-outs.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Draft and communicate meeting minutes when required.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Manage and maintain client relationships.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Self-starter who is proactive and adaptable.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Excellent planning, co-ordination and problem solving skills.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Must be able to work in isolation as well as with a team.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Detail orientated.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Fast learner who is able to understand systems easily.
â€¢Â Â Â Â Â Willingness to work over-time when necessary.

Supports The Fashion Agent wholesale local and international business via customer relationship management and market assistance for all regions.
â€¢ Responsible for managing RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization), Manual Credit/Invoice consolidation, repair part and sample requests for all regions.
â€¢ Market Assistance: Market Prep (core assortment recaps, sales analysis recaps), Market (showroom appointment assistance, linesheet print outs) and Post Market (working with order entry process/edits and managing order maintenance)
â€¢ Manages seasonal interns.
â€¢ Communicating with all relevant stakeholders.
â€¢ Foster and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
â€¢ Troubleshoots & provides solutions to sales team on customer service issues.
â€¢ Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in retail specialty or luxury/fashion environment.
