Ka-Sha focuses on design as a form of storytelling, told through clothing that celebrates multi-layered cultures and ever-changing social landscapes.
Sustainability is a key focus in our work and is not just limited to our use of natural fibres. Our goal is to embrace it at all levels of our products from design, to sourcing, to production and distribution techniques. The focus is on being conscious of the effect of our decisions on the fabric of life. For us this extends to the very core of our organization; the people. We endeavour to provide our makers and co-creators with the right conditions to work and grow as individuals to reach their own personal goals while we reach ours.
Our label’s zero waste endeavour that we call Heart to Haat thrives on ideas of waste management using our skill as designers to recycle and up-cycle to create functional products that re-interpret materials based on current needs.
In its true essence, the label endeavours to celebrate handcraft in all its glory, hinged on modern functionality reaching out from India with Love.
