Future Socks draws its inspiration from the streets of Braamfontein, Johannesburg. This city is a hive of activity, mainly because it attracts students from all over South Africa and also the rest of Africa.
The brand refers to the sub-cultures created such as Neighbourgoods Market, the Social Market, Kitcheners, Great Dane and South Point street fest. Mixed with this is the culture of excellence where people go about their daily activities in search of that degree which might just change their living circumstances at home.
From practising poses to selfies, to attending the same events- all these people try to evolve into totally different and unique individuals, but ultimately everyone is trying to achieve the same goal. Future Socks aims to establish itself in this culture amongst the students and those events and people who influence them.
