Floyd Avenue Apparel is a menswear brand created by Soweto-born designer Floyd Morapedi Manotoana, using cultural references to inspire impeccably tailored androgynous pieces.
With attention to detail, Floyd's design aesthetic reflects the cross-pollination and evolution of cultures, customs, and traditions brought about by shared spaces through social media and migration.
The winner of the SAFW 2015 Scouting Menswear Competition, Floyd of Floyd Avenue Apparel, focuses on using ethical and sustainable fabrics to create his collection.
