Martin Steenkamp enters this chapter with persistence at its heart. As he moves from bespoke into his first ready-to-wear collection, his work reflects change, growth and the beauty of imperfection. Inspired by Wabi-Sabi, the collection uses brown, black and white, Nguni textures, gold artisanal details and sculptural forms. It marks the closing of one chapter for Martin John Bespoke and the beginning of another, as the brand moves towards a broader fashion audience.
