Sihle Khumalo’s Drawn to Life begins with the sketchbook. Construction lines, unfinished croquis, handwritten notes and atelier markings are taken from the design process and turned into the garment itself. Through Sihle Zanelé, she explores the idea that an illustration is not simply the start of a design, but part of its final identity. The collection brings drawing, making and wearable glamour together, allowing the journey from first idea to finished piece to remain visible.
