Social Media AVE’s / PR Value
Social Media AVE’s are determined by using the number of followers (Twitter & Instagram) or Page likes (Facebook). Unlike traditional media, there are no certified advertising rates for Social Media sources. As a younger media platform, no industry standard has been confirmed for this medium either. Novus Group, therefore, uses the number of followers (Twitter & Instagram) or Page likes (Facebook) and applies a Novus Group designed algorithm (0.057 avg. impression) to ensure an accurate directional metric in this instance.
